A total of 27 botanicals were used, including raspberries from Tokiiro Farm in Obihiro, cilantro from Musō Farm in Shihoro, adzuki beans, mushrooms, and other bounty from Tokachi’s fertile land.
Each botanical’s unique character is carefully drawn out, achieving a harmonious balance of aroma and flavor. The first sip reveals a vibrant bouquet of flowers and fruits, layered with elegant citrus notes that deepen the experience.
